The supplier shall design, manufacture, deliver, and construct a complete synthetic snow sliding surface system. This system serves as an alternative sliding track for summer recreation and must integrate cleanly with separate site improvements. Responsibilities include technical documentation, construction-phase manufacturer support, creating a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to meet DNR NPDES standards, and obtaining grading and floodplain permits. Site earthwork, subbase labor, drainage, and final seeding are handled by others, but the contractor must review adjacent interfaces and clean all machinery of debris prior to mobilization.
