The Clara Barton Hospital Association, Inc. DBA Clara Barton Medical Center is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for general contractor construction services to modernize its Sterile Processing Department, improve operating-room mechanical systems, and install specialty equipment. Work includes approximately 1,915 square feet of new SPD space, remodeling in about 1,500 square feet, finish work in about 1,300 square feet, and use of a mobile SPD truck to help maintain surgical operations. This is a construction procurement funded through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment under the Rural Health Transformation Program with federal financial assistance, not a grant solicitation; project plans are available by written request.
