Water and Wastewater Distribution, Transmission & Wastewater Collection Program Management (Request for Qualification)
Provide a full spectrum of professional engineering and program management services. These services include project planning, feasibility studies, development of project initiation documents, preparation of materials for city commission approval, and support in the solicitation and procurement of consultants and contractors. Additional responsibilities encompass permitting activities, pre design services, and the management of design and construction for water and wastewater treatment plant projects. The program manager will serve as the city s representative, facilitating public meetings, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring transparent communication throughout all project phases.
