NARA will provide ongoing rules modernization support for DESE’s Key Indicator system, drawing on its knowledge of Missouri childcare licensing and subsidy regulations and prior task-force work. The purchase is designated a Single Feasible Source under RSMo 34.044, with NARA identified as the only source capable of providing the required services.
