RFP - Professional Engineering Services for CSA 70 BL Septic-to-Sewer Expansion Project

Description: San Bernardino County’s Special Districts Department is seeking professional engineering design services for the CSA 70 BL (Bloomington) Septic-to-Sewer Expansion Project. The project will bring sewer service to Bloomington through approximately 7,500 feet of new sewer lines along Marygold Avenue, Locust Avenue, and Linden Avenue, allowing property owners to switch from septic service. The completed project is expected to benefit 150 properties, and this posting is an open request for proposals for services rather than a grant solicitation.
