RFP 26-10 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES

Description: Eddy County is hereby seeking formal, sealed proposals from qualified, licensed contractors authorized to conduct business in the State of New Mexico to provide county-wide construction, repair, renovation, alteration, and construction-related maintenance services. All contractors responding to this RFP shall possess a valid GB-98 contractor’s license issued by the State of New Mexico. Services will be procured on a multi-source, on-call/on-demand basis and performed on a per-job basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Projects may be funded through local, state, or federal sources and may include infrastructure and capital improvement projects. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a pool of qualified contractors that Eddy County may utilize as construction, repair, renovation, alteration, and construction-related maintenance needs arise throughout County facilities and properties. Services may include routine, non-routine, planned, urgent, and emergency work within the contractor’s lawful scope of licensure, qualifications, and capabilities.
