Progressive Design-build Services for Delong Elementary School Replacement (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Design and construct a new Delong Elementary School facility on the existing site located in the Central Tacoma neighborhood. New facility will be designed to house approx. 420 students and is anticipated to be approx. 45,000 SF. This Project will involve demolition of the existing DES facilities and construction of a new facility. Construction may include to, new building(s), utilities and infrastructure, on-site/off-site improvements, parking lot, playgrounds and play fields. The new DES will be designed to house approx. 420 students and is anticipated to be approx. 45,000 SF The existing DES staff, students and all school functions will be relocated to a swing school site, providing the contractor complete control of the DES site during demolition and construction.
