Sidewalk Demolition & Replacement Project RFP
Work includes demolition and replacement of sidewalks; extraction of memorial stamped bricks without breakage and re-installing these memorial bricks in the newly constructed sidewalks in the same location as their original placement; hauling and lawful disposal of all demolition debris; grading, compaction, and base preparation; installation and finishing of new concrete sidewalks using GDOT standards; installation of americans with disabilities act (ADA)-compliant curb ramps; installation of concrete ADA-compliant handicapped ramps as specified; installation of aluminum handrails as specified; restoration and cleanup of all disturbed areas; and traffic and pedestrian control necessary to complete the work safely.
