The Contractor shall provide data/information-capture, data/ information-analysis, data/information-visualization, programmatic planning, and implementation support to optimize the model for the Riverside Education and Interpretive Center (REIC). The Contractor’s scope includes veteran decedent data & information visualization—pertaining to stories of veterans—to inform effective operational programming of the REIC.
