Description: The City of Columbia is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance, tree-removal, turf-restoration, and debris-removal services on city-owned properties. The work is an IDIQ contract with a three-year initial term and two optional one-year extensions, covering five service categories and tasks such as mowing, pruning, herbicide and fertilizer application, stump grinding, soil restoration, and emergency storm response.
