Recycling Services RFP
The U.S. Army is soliciting a non-personal-services contractor to collect recyclable materials from containers at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, and process them for resale through local recycling markets. This is a 100% 8(a) small-business set-aside, with a base period from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032, including a one-month phase-in and four one-year option periods. Offers are to be submitted electronically through PIEE by November 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST.
