The contractor shall provide monthly and yearly preventative maintenance, inspection, and as-needed emergency repair services for two municipal swimming pools over the contract duration. Mandatory services include servicing chemical feed controllers and pumps, inspecting and cleaning filtration systems, verifying auto-water level controls, testing flow meters and pressure gauges, and maintaining proper water chemistry according to state health standards.
