Cayuga County Preparation of Meals for the Office of the Aging Nutrition Program (Request For Proposal)
The contractor will provide comprehensive meal preparation services, packaging for home-delivered meals, and bulk food delivery to congregate and distribution pick-up locations for the Office for the Aging Senior Nutrition Program. The provider is responsible for menu planning in accordance with dietary guidelines, preparing hot, chill-to-cook, or frozen meals, providing required serving/packaging supplies, maintaining proper temperature standards during transport, and ensuring full compliance with state and federal safety and sanitation standards
