Description: The existing generators provide redundant power for its devices but are approaching the end of service life. The back-up power includes diesel fuel generators, automatic transfer switches (ATSs) and manual transfer switches at or near each commercial power supply. . The backup generators shall communicate with traffic management center (TMC) through the ethernet IP network and will include supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) devices to provide monitoring capabilities.
