Granby Community Center Interior Renovation (Request for Proposal)

Description: Interior renovation of the Community Center. Work generally consists of interior renovation of an existing municipal community center building following asbestos abatement, including interior fit-out and finishes, accessibility and code upgrades, warming kitchen build-out, plumbing and fire suppression modifications, HVAC replacement, and electrical, lighting, and fire alarm work. Separate bids will be received and separate contracts will be awarded for the following: Contract GC General Construction; Contract P Plumbing and Gas Fitting; Contract H Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning; Contract E Electric Wiring and Illuminating Fixtures.
