Description: The City of Huntington Beach is soliciting bids to upgrade its Well 4 facility, which discharges groundwater into Peck Reservoir. Work includes removing existing well infrastructure and installing a new well pump, building, piping, instruments, and electrical equipment; demolition of the chlorine building and installation of PLC-0004 are optional.
