DESIGN BUILD: Upgrade the existing source water (SW), potable water (PW), and concentrate water (CW) piping and flow measurement infrastructure of the outdoor test area known as Pad 10. The project will design, then construct new piping to support three supply and waste manifolds and provide a new piping system for a future supply tank.
