Provide qualified architectural and engineering firms to perform services on an as needed basis: conceptual planning, preliminary layouts, and cost estimates; field investigations, surveying, and drafting; engineering design for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems; bid assistance, construction inspection, and construction management; preparation of feasibility studies, drainage studies, and specialized engineering reports; development of rehabilitation and pre-construction plans; due diligence evaluations and risk assessments.
Project will expand the lpn and dental assistant programs, updating equipment, renovating lab and clinic space, to double capacity for enrollment. Internal classroom and office space on campus will be transformed to suit the growing program needs. The work is planned to renovate (4) existing rooms into use for the newly renovated labs. The team required include: architect, interior design, mechanical and electrical engineering. The length of such contract will be approx 5 years.
