BPA - Boxes and Packaging PSC 8115, 8135
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is soliciting Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for boxes, cartons, crates, and packaging/packing bulk materials under PSC/FSC codes 8115 and 8135 (NAICS 321920). This is a small-business set-aside procurement where vendors must provide capabilities documentation, a price list (if applicable), and at least three past performance references; awarded BPAs will be placed on a six-month rotation and vendors may receive Master BPAs for future opportunities. The primary points of contact are Rebecca Collins and Brandi Sorzano, and all official solicitation documents and attachments are posted on the SAM.gov opportunity workspace.
