About this conference
The NAMI Minnesota State Conference is an annual event designed to bring together individuals, professionals, families, and organizations to strengthen conversations about mental health resources and systems. It features keynote speaker Roxane Battle discussing well-being for helpers, a live conversation on the Healing Minnesota report moderated by Angela Davis, and breakout sessions covering topics such as rural mental health crisis response, culturally responsive care for immigrants and communities of color, domestic violence, youth mental health, workforce shortages, housing and economic security, suicide prevention, childhood trauma, and the implications of federal Medicaid policy for Minnesota's 2027 legislative session. The conference aims to expand mental health education, professional development, and statewide conversations to communities across Minnesota.
