Seeking proposals for state certified environmental companies to provide lead paint risk inspections/assessments (li/ra) with scope of work reports, and clearances and radon testing and remediation. The selected firms will provide testing services for county and its subgrantee/subrecipients. County expects to provide services for a minimum of 500 properties between time of award and december 2030. Environment firms for lead and radon testing. Seeking competitive sealed priced proposals from firms to provide: lead risk inspection/assessment testing with scope of work reports; lead clearance testing; radon testing and mitigation background; firms must utilize cost-effective methods and approaches in their testing, assessments and reporting while providing long-term safety of the building occupants and environment.
