Xavier University's strategic plan focuses on four key areas: Cura Apostolica (operational strength and effective stewardship), Cura Personalis (an unsurpassed campus experience), Cura Studiorum (striving for excellence in innovation and academics), and Cura Propria (building a profound culture of belonging and inclusive excellence). The plan aims to ensure the Jesuit Catholic identity informs all endeavors, aligning operational practices with leading sector approaches, and expanding the institution's footprint. It also seeks to enhance the student experience through a transformative first-year program, innovative health services, and DEIAB initiatives.
